Are you watching the Grammys tonight?
2010 Grammy predictions:
This is gonna be a great Grammys night. Let me just get my homework out.

WTF, Seattle? Part I. (Winter weather)
WTF, SEATTLE??? Why is it January and so warm? I mean, it is still gross that it rains a lot, but at least it's not frigid. You know what I saw today? Flowers. On newly blooming trees. In January. I also witnessed some girl run into the hospital in only her sports bra. IN JANUARY. I wore only a hoodie and was sweating (given, I was still walking at super-human speeds) in JANUARY.
Part I of things that are strange (not bad strange, just different) in Seattle.

Seattleites: You down with this? Non-Seattleites: Are you jealous?

Boots omigod boots.
One of Seattle's most noticeable fashion statements has to do with its boot culture. Naturally, everyone wears boots all winter, because it rains all the m.f. time. There are surprisingly few people who wear this type of oh-so-popular rain boot:
Instead, a large portion of people embrace the fashion faux-pas that is the hiking boot:When I first arrived I only had the former pair of boots, which I never particularly felt comfortable wearing. Since this summer I've owned the second pair, which I wear all the time.
Why does it rain so much? The end.

fly like a wiseau.
Nothing new to post, despite the fact that it's a completely DIFFERENT YEAR. So, for old times' sake, some clips from "The Room" by Tommy Wiseau.
For those of you who aren't familiar with the film, the audio track is not off.
